Virtual Healthcare (Telemedicine) visits are a form of healthcare that has gained momentum in recent years. These encounters allow patients and physicians to communicate through technology-based, voice and video services that are clear and secure. This allows the patient to remain at home or even benefit from a healthcare provider while on vacation.
Patients must be an established patient of Dr. Fernandez with a previous visit within the past year or a referral from another healthcare provider. Virtual visits are ideal for management of hormone issues, review of results, minor changes in medications and counselling for clarification of any questions.
How it Works:
1. Contact the Hormone Management Team at Maddox Drugs to discuss a consultation (706-886-3119).
2. You will be scheduled for the appropriate type of consultation based on your type of issues and whether you are an existing patient or new patient.
3. Your credit card information will be obtained and the visit will be billed to your credit card.
